Ground turkey mixed with seasonings and studded with roasted red peppers for a healthier version of this classic. Spicy cauliflower, too.
Lasagna Rolls Bolognese - 34.
A twist on a classic, lasagna noodles are filled with cheeses, rolled individually and snuggled into a creamy beef Bolognese.
THURSDAY APRIL 20th
Chicken Wellington - 40.
Chicken breasts are seared and topped with a creamy mushroon duxelle, then wrapped in puff pastry. Rice pilaf as your side.
BLACK AND BLUE SALAD - 40.
A mix of romaine and arugula topped with blue cheese, red onions and cherry tomatoes - with sliced grilled flank steak (medium rare). Red wine vinagrette to toss.
