ENTREES FOR WEEK OF FEBRUARY 17th

TUESDAY FEBRUARY 18th

French Dip Sammies w/Au Jus - 34.
Sliced roast beef topped with caramelized onions and havarti on a crusty roll with saffron garlic mayo and au jus for dipping. Old school macaroni salad as the side. Four Sandwiches in order.

Chicken Saltimbocca  -34.
Chicken breast stuffed w/prosciutto, fontina and studded with sage/shallot butter and topped with crispy bread crumbs...this dish will literally jump in your mouth. Sautéed Brussel sprouts with bacon as well.

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 20th

Briacole - 36.
Tender beef is stuffed with cheeses, herbs and pine nuts then rolled and simmered in a tomato sauce for a succulent & savory dish. Mushroom Ravioli in a truffle sauce accompanies.

Spinach & Mushroom Lasagna Rolls w/Gorgonzola - 34.
Lasagna rolls are stuffed with sauteed spinach, mushrooms and cheeses then blanketed in a gorgonzola cream sauce.
