Tuesday February 1st
Minestrone - 18. This Italian favorite serves more like a stew than a soup. Two 32oz tubs and bread provided.
Pork Tenderloin - 28. One must be a fan of the pork to appreciate this meal. Pork tenderloin is slathered in a dijon and honey glaze then wrapped with proscuitto. Resting on a bed of cornbread stuffing.
Thursday February 3rd
Eggplant Rollatini - 24. Eggplant is grilled then rolled with a stuffing brimming with cheeses, basil and pine nuts. Topped with a delicious marinara and even more cheese. Who ever said vegetarians can't have it all?
Chicken Florentine - 28. Chicken breasts are sauteed in a creamy white wine sauce and topped with spinach, tomato and cheeses. Potatoes accompany.
