ENTREES FOR WEEK OF MAY 7th

TUESDAY MAY 8th

Chicken Tarragon - 38.
Medallions of chicken sauteed in a lovely cream sauce with tarragon and dijon. Country potatoes with mushrooms and haricot vert as your side.


Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin - 40.
Pork tenderloins (two) are slathered in a Dijon honey glaze then wrapped with prosciutto. Nestled on a bed of cornbread dressing.


THURSDAY MAY 10th

Pumpkin Salmon - 46.
Salmon fillets are sauteed in a delicious savory and slightly sweet coconut sauce with thai flavors, bok choy, potatoes and squash. Ginger Steamed rice accompanies. 


Chicken Vesuvio - 38.
Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) and artichoke hearts are simmered in a lemony white wine sauce along with buttery dutch potatoes.
