TUESDAY FEBRUARY 10th

Salisbury Steak - 34.
Ground beef patties ensconced in a mushroom and onion gravy. Garlic mashed potatoes, too.

Chicken Carciofi - 36. 
Sauteed chicken cutlets and artichoke hearts in a light wine and garlic sauce. Spinach salad accompanies.

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 12th

Chicken & Rice Divan - 34.
A creamy baked  rice dish with mushrooms and tender cubes of chicken, studded with broccoli and topped with parmesan. (broccoli can come on the side if you prefer, just specify when ordering!)

Turkey & Black Bean Chili - 32.
Turkey and black beans are the stars in this delicious chili with a bit of a spicy kick. Corn bread muffins and garlic lime sour cream to dollop on top.
