Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin - 32.
Pork tenderloins (two) are slathered in a honey dijon glaze and wrapped in prosciutto. Resting on a bed of corn bread stuffing, Sunday supper on a Tuesday.
Ravioli a'Trois - 28.
Spinach and cheese ravs are in three DIFFERENT sauces, marinara, alfredo and pesto, then assembled together....yet separate! An edible version of Italy's flag.
Thursday September 29th
Individual Chicken Pot Pies - 15 (for two).
Tender white meat chicken and vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with a buttery crust. $6 each additional pie.
Turkey Meatloaf - 28.
Ground turkey mixed with seasonings and studded with roasted red peppers for a healthier version of this classic. Sauteed zucchini on the side.
