ENTREES FOR WEEK OF MARCH 16th 
(please place orders PRIOR to 7am Monday 3/16)



TUESDAY MARCH 17th 

Perogies Colcannon -32. 
Perogies stuffed with potatoes and cheese are sautéed then layered in a lovely cream sauce with tender cabbage and bacon.

Shepherds Pie - 32. 
Savory ground beef simmered with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with potatoes and Irish cheddar.

THURSDAY MARCH 19th

Grilled Portobello Chicken - 36.
Grilled chicken breast topped with slices of grilled Portobello and fresh tomatoes tossed with garlic, basil and balsamic reduction. Oven roasted sesame asparagus aside.

Thai Salmon - 38.
Salmon fillets sauteed in a coconut red curry sauce with bok choy, butternut squash and onions. Rice accompanies.
