ENTREES FOR WEEK OF MARCH 17th

TUESDAY MARCH 18th

Shepherds Pie - 32. 
Savory ground beef simmered with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with potatoes and Irish cheddar.

Chicken Marsala -34.
Tender cutlets of chicken sautéed with mushrooms in a scrumptious Marsala wine sauce. Oven roasted red potatoes are on the side.

THURSDAY MARCH 20th

Perogies Colcannon -32. 
Perogies stuffed with potatoes and cheese are sautéed then layered in a lovely cream sauce with tender cabbage and bacon.

Broiled Tilapia w/Mustard & Chive Sauce - 36.
Sauteed tilapia fillets with a creamy yogurt based sauce to top. Artichokes stuffed with romano, garlic bread crumbs and herbs accompany.
