ENTREES FOR WEEK of APRIL 23rd

TUESDAY APRIL 24th

Lasagna Rolls ala Bolognese - 28.
A twist on a classic Lasagna noodles are filled with cheeses, rolled individually and nestled in a creamy meat based sauce.

Cream of Asparagus Soup - 20.Roasted asparagus shines in this creamy comforting Spring soup. Every Spring my Mother in Law would bring me a large bag of asparagus she bought fresh from a roadside stand near her home. I cook this in her memory. Two 32oz tubs included in order.

THURSDAY APRIL 26th

Pork Tenderloin - 30. 
 One must be a fan of the pork to appreciate this meal. Pork tenderloin is slathered in a dijon and honey glaze then wrapped with proscuitto. Resting on a bed of cornbread stuffing.

Kung Pao Chicken - 28.
A delivery favorite, MaKeefe's style. Spicy chicken and crisp veggies sauteed in a kung pao style sauce with peanuts on the side. Basmati rice accompanies.
