Chicken sausage infused with flavors of sundried tomatoes, garlic and wine are grilled then simmered with cannellini beans, tomatoes and rosemary for a hearty yet healthy meal.

Beef & Mushroom Sloppy Joe's - 24.
Ground sirloin and crimini mushrooms in a savory sauce, ready to be loaded onto garlicky buttered rolls. Opt for ground turkey and whole wheat rolls, if you think it will ever be hot enough to sport a bathing suit!

Thursday June 16th

Chicken Saltimbocca - 28.
Chicken breasts are stuffed with proscuitto, cheese and studded with sage/shallot butter. Topped with crispy bread crumbs, this dish will literally "jump in your mouth". Garlic smashed potatoes accompany.

Roasted Red Pepper Soup w/dippers - 22.
Creamy, decadent blend of roasted red peppers and vegetables make up this heart warming soup. Cheesey artichoke crostini make perfect dippers.
