Sweet peppers are stuffed with ground turkey, orzo, cheese and pesto kissed tomatoes. Six peppers in order.
New Year Chicken -34.
NY chicken is a delicious breast of chicken sautéed in a lovely dijon and tarragon cream sauce. Country potatoes with mushrooms and haricot vert join the party.
Thursday January 9th
Curried Salmon -36.
Salmon fillets in a coconut red curry sauce with sautéed eggplant, potatoes and bok choy. Rice accompanies.
Rigatoni al Forno 30.
Rigatoni in a marinara sauce with grilled chicken sausage, topped with cheeses.
